We collect information you submit for an assessment, including contact and property details, utility and equipment answers, consent records, referral attribution, and optional documents. We also collect limited technical data needed for security, reliability, and first-party product analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to store and route your request, provide a preliminary result, contact you, review potential fit, protect the service, improve the experience, and comply with law. We do not use uploaded documents for public display.

Sharing and retention

Authorized DAC representatives, administrators, hosting, database, storage, and email providers may process information to provide the service. We retain records only as needed for the request, business records, security, and legal obligations.

Documents and security

Uploads are optional and stored privately. New commercial uploads are treated as unscanned files and made available only to authorized CRM users as downloads. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Withdrawing contact consent does not affect prior processing.
